Types of Information Collected

Personal information may include your name or nickname; postal, billing, and/or email address; phone number; unique personal identifier; geolocation information; employment or education records or affiliation; and commercial information related to your transactions with the Restaurant. Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available.
The term “Aggregated Data” means information that relates to a group or category of consumers, from which there is no identifiable individual consumer information or for which such identifiable consumer information has been removed. We collect Personal Information that you provide to us so that we can provide the exceptional service you expect from our Restaurant. When you make a reservation or book an event such personal information may include your name; mailing, billing, and email address; credit card information, including information necessary to authenticate billing details; information regarding your reservation or Restaurant visit; information related to the purchase and receipt of products or services from our Restaurant or the website; information on groups with which you are associated; and any other type of information that you choose to provide to us.
We may also collect your personal information when you participate in a contest or marketing program at our Restaurant or through our website.
Specifically, we will collect personal information in the following circumstances:
Surveys or Contests: We may request demographic data or other personal information in guest surveys or contest entry forms.
On-Property Collection: In addition to the information you provide to us we may collect additional personal information when you visit the Restaurant. For example, we use closed circuit television and other security measures that may capture and record images and sound of guests and visitors in public areas for the protection of our staff, guests, and visitors to the Restaurant where permitted by law.
Event Profiles: If you plan an event with us, we collect event specifications, the date of the event, number of guests, and details of products or services needed for the event. In addition, for corporate events, we collect information on your organization (name, annual budget, and number of sponsored events per year). We may also collect information about the guests that are a part of your group or event. If you visit us as part of a group, we may have personal information about you provided to us by the group.
Social Media: If you choose to participate in the Restaurant’s social media activities or offerings we may collect certain information from your social media account consistent with your settings within the social media service, such as location, check-ins, activities, interest, photos, status updates, and friend list.

We use your personal information in a variety of ways, including to provide the exceptional services you request and expect from our Restaurant.
Reservations and Event Planning: We may use your personal information to provide you with information about your reservation or an event you have planned at the Restaurant.
Marketing and Communications: Where permitted, we may use your personal information to provide or offer you newsletters, promotions, and featured specials in accordance with any communications preferences you have expressed. We use your information to send you marketing messages and to conduct surveys. Group Events: If you visit the Restaurant as part of a group event, information collected for event planning may be shared with the organizers of those events, and, where appropriate, guests who organize or participate in the event.
Service Providers: We rely on third parties to provide services and products on our behalf and may share your personal information with them as appropriate and as needed to provide such services to you.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
For online transactions we use reasonable technological measures to protect the personal information that you transmit to us via the website. Since no security system or system of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, please do not send payment card numbers or any other confidential personal information to us via email. We will not contact you by text messaging or email to ask for your confidential personal information or payment card details. We will only ask for payment card details over the telephone when you are booking an event. For personal information collected at the Restaurant we take standard industry precautions to ensure the security of your personal information.
What Non-Personal Information and Aggregated Data Does the Restaurant Collect and Use?
We may use the information we have collected and aggregated, or anonymized personal information received from third parties, to understand more about our website users and guests (for example, we may use aggregated information to calculate the percentage of our users who have a particular telephone area code)
Currently, we do not respond to DO NOT TRACK signals or other, similar mechanisms.
